Hey there, @holysea! As to not inadvertently spook my poor followers, I'm going to answer sans pictura this time. Minor gore and general horror warning on all links going forward.
Ultimately, I could not find a source for the image, but I did find some extra details. For starters, it is part of a set, as seen in this post here on Tumblr.
Although that entry is from 2015, I've found an earlier occurrence of the second image—archived here—from a LiveJournal apparently dedicated to similar antiques. This indicates to me that these images have been in circulation for a while, despite my difficulty in finding more instances of them.
As for their veracity, well... I'm not versed in neither the intricacies of analog photography nor the lurid matters of flesh and bone, so I'll refrain from making any comments.
